Default Replacing fork seals.. help needed.

I just picked up my new dirt bike a almost fully rebuilt '89 cr250r for cheap.
The only thing I think it could possibly need is the fork seal's. They only would leak abit when we had it strapped in the back of the truck with the fork shocks depressed.
I am the type of guy who does all types of work- kinda like "jack of all trades".
I am just curious, is it easy to replace the seals, do I need any type of special tools? any special oiling pump for the air nipples?
Or should it be cheap enouph to pay a shop to do it?
Thanks for any help with this..
I'm completely with fork seals...
