tranny issues need help?????

Ok first off i have a 97 integra with a fully built b18c1 motor from the head down to the oil pan it is N/A as of right now but built for turbo!
My problem that i am having is that my CTR tranny that i just bought LOCKED UP? i really dont know why or how it is doing it? My first tranny blew up because i didnt put on one of the rear motor mount bolts in on the tranny so from all the toque i quess after awhile the tranny gave up and the shift linkage blew off of the tranny and the top bolt treads broke off too.
Now when i put in the CTR tranny it was making some grinding noises? like umm metal on metal, it drove for like 10 mins make all together, i took the car for a test drive and when i took the first turn the car felt like it wanted to go to to the right a lot or pulled really hard to the right and when i would turn to the left it would make a what sound to me like a bad halfshaft i drove like 8 blocks and drove home, o ya and the car drove fine if the car was going straight? When i jacked up the car and started banging on the pass halfshaft because i thought one of the halfshafts were half way out or something? and on like the 4-5 time of some banging the tranny locked up? it would not spin in gear but if i put it in neutral it would spin fine?
So now i have taken out the tranny and givein the tranny back to the person that i have bought it from he has taken it to a tranny shop and they say that there looks to be nothing wrong with it? O ya when i took the tranny and motor out of the car and took the tranny off the motor the tranny would spin in gear but not so freely as my gsr tranny? is that because of the LSD?

carbon fiber halfshafts they are fat!!! and real
act flywheel 12Lb
15 inch rotas with stock size tires
and i put 2qts of oem honda tranny fluid and 1qt lucas tranny fluid in it if it matters

I think it is going to be something internal to the transmission. With the transmission removed, try to rotate the input shaft in each of the gears and neutral.

with the tranny out and off the motor the tranny spins hard not so freely like my gsr does and spins a little hard when in gear just a tad? but isnt that because of the lsd? i dont know but i should be getting a call about the tranny tonight so i will let you thanks
