Default MJOLNIR's SR-V Prelude Build

Okie dokie, so I bought a non running 1993 Prelude SR-V Vtec with about 122k on it. When I got it, all vac lines were totally a mess. The previous owner swapped out intake manifold, and before I purchased it I asked him to swap back to the original.

So Heres whats shes got

H22a1
m2a4 jdm tranny

will post pics tonight

So its been awhile and i didnt come through with what i said i was going to do...so im bored ill do it now..heres the pics of the car before i did anything to it.

Ok so as you can see...needs some loving...the bodys got some fixable dents. but besides the hood, the paint looks great. only two dime size spots of rust . Anywho so if you seen me around the Prelude forum, i hate the engine bay of this car.... First thing is that damn skunk2 intake mani..sure its aftermarket...but it responds like a Tijuana donkey show with a stock motor....next is the lack of a coolant reservoir, and the exhaust system. and the blue accessories..aka painted valve cover and blue obx hoses gotta go. And the ac was already taken out upon pick up so thats a plus. Other things i plan to swap is the egr valve(this ones totally fubard), and a moshi civic half radiator, to clean up the bay and create more room. Ill post pics of day 1 work later

okay so day one i mocked up my intake mani and header, dont want to commit because i dont have a torque wrench to get them to spec. Also i reran ALL the vac lines with new tubing. The old was cracked and crappy. I swapped in a new egr. It was like 105 on the blacktop outside of my apartment so i started doing some interior work, i remounted the center console, shift boot, and armrest area. heres pics of the first day of work on it

Moshi half radiator
Samco coolant lines(black)
koni yellows already have teins...and after all this car stuff ill be poor..too poor to buy gcs for it.

3 sos pads later and two cans of airplane stripper finally was ready to prime.. so here it is...and for the record...who ever used craft paint to do a valve cover should be shot in the head....with a 22 mm...wouldnt kill them...but theyd still have a bullet in the skull..

Not to bad for doing it all in my kitchen...ps i might be high

my camera/lighting is garbage. so every pic i took of it painted looked like trash..ill take a pic when its outta the oven.. i had a few roadbumps...probably going to redo it sooner or later. I had to put it outside because this misses was getting irritated with the smell of paint...and its like 03983 % humidity...caused some serious issues...didnt think about it until 1 final coat into it...doh! hopefully baking it will make a difference

Thank god someone bought that that was going to do something with it. It's like seeing an ex girlfriend with another guy. It pisses you off but you want nothing to do with it! Good work man. Somebody needed to redo some of my gay *** mistakes.

Email me again soon. I lost your address, plus I moved in to my new apartment Friday and I think i've been sober for a total of three hours!

SEXY!
