Default boosted b16 idle problem

so i turbod my em1 b16a2, 50 trim at 8 psi , 550cc injectors, full exhaust with high flow cat, fuel pump, fuel rail, fuel filter, fuel pressure regulator, stage 2 clutch, 8 pound flywheel, socketed and chipped p28 ecu with an obd2 to obd1 conversion harness , customized for my upgrades. so the problem is that when the car idles the tach is bouncing from about 1000 to 1500. and it will stop if i step on the gas a little bit or move the car forward a little. when i start the car it runs fine, idles perfectly until i start driving for a couple minutes and come to a stop. the car seems to drive fine tho still boosts all the way and still pulls hard. i took off the IACV and cleaned it and that made a little bit of a difference but still having the same problem. could it have something to do with the obd1 conversion because both o2 sensors are still plugged in. any ideas?

okay 1 trick.....
step one: take off the piping from where it coonects to the throttle body....
step two: u should have an open throttle body...
step three: put ur palm to cover the the throttle body.....
step five: if the car dies than u have to tune the car....
if the car doesn't die and still idles the u have a leak in ur gaskets...either throttle body gasket or intake magnifold gasket leak....hopefully this helps....i have that trouble before...trust me....
