neons
ok i want to put 2 36" tubes in ft and rr and 2 48" tubes on the sides... should i wire them in parrell or independently??? also where should i mount the on and off switch i want my dash to have a clean look with my switch out of view???

I'm with those 2, but to each his own..if you want neons, then get neons.
I would hook them up independently so it's easier to trace the problems you're GOING TO have. I've never seen neons on a daily driver last more than a year.
EDIT:
If you hook them up in parallel, when you lose one...and you will lose one, at least one, you wont' know where the problem is, hook them up independently, then you'll know exactly which one is giving you the prob. Hook 'em up in parallel and you'll lose 2 at a time, or all at once, depending on how you wire it.
Just hook all 4 up to a relay, then get a "main" switch and hook that up, so you can turn 'em all on and off with one switch, but when you have problems, it's easier to backtrace.

im assuming your talking about the cheap *** kits that have built in transformers. these are pieces of ****. but all the transformers + need to be hooked together and then to a switch and then to your battery(fused). and then ground all of the grounds. if you have a real kit, it will have an external transformer. all the tubes need to be wired in series and then the transformers output needs to be wired into the series as well. screw down the transformer to a good ground and choose a decent sized piece of metal as the ground bracket is also a heatsink.
then do your power input to a switch then to the battery(fused).
