Default clutch help

i am installing a clutch masters clutch and flywheel and i was wondering if there is a pilot bearing and a throw out bearing im pretty sure i have a throw out bearing that came with the kit do i need a new pilot bearing and should i replace these bearings with oem honda ones??
also does anyone know where a writr up is or pictures of how to install a clutch.
BTW the motor is a jdm dohc f22b and its not in the car yet

If there is a pilot bearing it should be pressed into the flywheel but I don't think the oem fly's hae them. I have seen them on ACT fly's though. If it didn't come with one its probably not needed.

how good is the throw out bearing that comes with the CM kit ive heard that the oem is the best one
