You don't have to drill holes into the radiator support, there is already holes in it that line up evenly and fit the pins. You just need to put those on, and then drill through the hood, preferably with a dremel. Take your time and do a little at a time because you can always make it bigger.

LOL. When I hit 100 MPH my hood opens and hits my windshield.

How about you drive the speed limit, then you won't have to worry about it.

If you adjust the hood latch in the radiator support down a little bit and use the rubber sealing piece from the stock hood, you should be able to avoid the issue altogether. The wobble is caused by airflow under the hood and if you can stop that airflow you will stop the problem.

.....but hood pins are never a bad idea.

Yes, you should be able to find it at any home improvement store like that. It's a good tool to have for tons of things. Also start with a smaller drill bit to start the hole, then use a larger one. That will reduce the risk of cracking anything.

Get a hood pin just for the extra saftey. Recently my cousins EJ cf hood opened on the freeway going like 80mph and it dented his roof lol. Whats funny is that the hood didnt even crack and it messed up his roof pretty bad. Scarey ****.

those rubber peices make a big difference, had them on my cf hood, and my cf hood stopped wobbling at high speeds. hood pins are ugly.

Great lookin teg with the only hood pins id ever wish to see on a honda. Your remembered right, the aerocatch.

http://www.deftracing.com/aero...x.htm

Ive looked into them for their locked hood pins as theif security, they cant get under your hood they cant disarm your ****. In cali hood pins are illegal, but these arent and they look WAY better. Id color match them on whatever hood I put them on.

If you live in cali ask a cop why their illegal, your lol at his reply.
