Default Urgent need a Honda mechanic in LA/SFV area ASAP!

I need someone with right tools to diagnose electrical issue. My s2k will not start after engine swap. Battery, starter, fuses, frozen engine have all been rulled out. There is click when you push starter button but nothing else. All lights on dash light up. I think I need one of those dealer computers to figure out whats going on or maybe someone works for dealer who can help me. Will pay.
