hey all, my girlfriend has a GSR with an LS/VTEC swap which was tuned on a piggyback AFC, a few years ago her car was broken into and they stole her AFC by yanking it out.. she took it to a speedshop and they did a poor *** job from what i can see.. since then her speedometer hasn't worked, so I started looking at the harness and I don't even know is going on at this point of the harness.. i have 3 pieces of the harness that have a grey sleeve, each with a different color stripe, but one has a BARE wire (no insulation) coming out of it and running to a connection with about 3 other wires.. can anyone tell me if i should disconnect all of this and run it all from the harness straight to the harness plug? the BARE wire runs up into one of the grey sleeves

it looks like someone grounded everything to the "logic ground" wire
