the holes:welding and filling whith "debrasel" that's a polyester putty whith alloy parts in it.it's a bit stronger then the regalar polyester putty.i use this a lot on blanc metal and it's realy great, some spray-filler over it and everything is smooth

that citroen is SICK... nice work man i bet that thing took up countless hours of your life but it looks like it payed off i hate to be the first to say it but if it had a decent set of rims on it (i just dislike chrome on tuner cars) i think it would look even better then.

thnx guys for the good comments on my "frenchy"

@dividedas1:it's just a polished lip on the rims

about the work it took:something more than 2 years after my dayjob and it was finally ready, except the paintjob it's all done by myself

i made this one in revenge off my first saxo who was wrecked when someone hit my back(total loss )this one was just ready for 3months after 1year work

the saxo's were pleasant, but i'm glad to be back @ my favourite brand

before this one there were - accord 1.6 1986
-del sol esi 1994
-civic esi 1992(eg)
my daily is also a civic fk3 2.2 cdti chipped @ 192hp

it's like they say: once you driven a honda ,you will go on with it
