Default the elusive EX

Hi guys,
I plan on doing some brake upgrades and there's tons of info on cheep OEM brake upgrades. My problem is that I have absolutely no idea what that elusive EX model is.

I know in the US you all go by the SI, Ex, HF and so on, but we hardly see those names in Europe. My specific question is for the EX knuckles, so please tell me what this EX civic is.
engine?
years of production? 88-89 or 90-91
hatch/sedan?

identification stamps that may help ID the knuckle or the car?
some dimension that I can measure to identify those knuckles

Thanks in advance

There is a stamp on them but I will have to go home and look at some. The EX here is a 90-91 Sedan with 1.6, the rotors in the front are 10.3". However if you don't have that you can bolt 90-93 DA Integra knuckles on your 88-91 Civic and accomplish the exact same thing with no ill effects to the car.

CRX Toad, D16A6/D16Z2 i suppose?
I've read about the DA integra option, but again in europe, the integra is almost nowhere to be found. I'll keep an eye on ebay and the ads here.
Thanks and I hope you can send me some id stamps.

The car will have an EX badge on the back right side of the trunk lid. Just look for 1990 - 91 4 door civics and then check for the EX. The knuckles should be stamped LH3-A and RH3-A, if they are not, then they are not EX knuckles.
