if anyone has these how do you like them and are they worth buying?

lowering your car without the bouncingness would be awsome!

Bounciness is caused by being underdamped, and has nothing at all to do with ride height (which these parts change). Don't run springs that your shocks can't control, and there will be no bounciness.
