ok i i called the state ref and there is a recording that there is no longer a state ref do to the budget crisis ''wtf''

ok here is the deal there is no more state ref here in cali so what i did was i went to the court house and went to the the automotive section told them i made a appointment with the state ref and they told me to show them proof that i had it smoged and i did i paid 10 dollars instead of 388......just show them proof your cars has been smogged
