Crx Bushing Help
Ok so i was telling people i had a little bit of extra cash to improve my car on a whole. Alot of the stuff in the engine bay is less then a year old due to me replacing almost everything and then deep cleaning alot of more expensive parts.
I was told by someone that i should spend some cash on replacing all the bushing on my suspension since mine isnt blown yet lol. By replacing all the little bushings it would improve the "smooth-ness" of my ride alot.
1. is this true?
2. what exactly should i replace? maybe an ebay link or should i go dealer.
I'm not really into suspension, and i just got into the honda world a couple months ago so i was just looking for some help. Thank you for your replies ahead of time!

sure, new bushings are always nice.
you have 5 choices. (i keep adding them as i think of them....)
-OEM from the dealer.
probalby your best bet. kinda costly.
-OEM spec from aftermarket like http://www.ips-parts.com/
i dont know if the quality really is as good.
-Mugen hard rubber
definately harder, like OEM quality.
-polyurethane
i personally do not recommend it. and its not going to make your suspension feel smoother.
-sphericals
only practical for race cars. and again, not going to make the car smoother.
also, stuff like rebuilding the steering rack helps the feel of the car DRAMATICALLY! i cant vouch for this enough. its probably what you hear jostling around when you go over cracks and small bumps.
but really, you need to go check out your suspension yourself. feel for play. grab a fistful of suspension and shake, hard. any play in a balljoint needs replacing. if you see a bushing completely worn out, torn, or off center, then sure, it needs replacing.
