Does anyone here have any experience with using these tires? Do they rub with the 205/15/50? I am planning to get these and weren't to sure on that. Any help would be appreciated.

I don't know the answer to your question, but the T1-S'es are available in 195/55/15. I know because I have 'em.
And they don't rub.

I thought the main reason for going to 205/50/15 was that there were a lot more tire options in that size (for example Kumho R compounds, Falken Azenis, etc), not that it was better. But maybe they look better too? I don't know. I more of a functional-type person.

 

I have the 205/15/50's on stock rims... they do not rub.

I had them on my stock tires also (205/50). No rubbing...unfortunately, with my 17"s...that's another story.

 

if my falken azenis do not rub...in the 205/50/15 size...then
the toyo's will not rub.
azenis is a little wider than your normal 205.

 

another thing...if weight is a concern for you..
you might try the 195/55/15's...since they are lighter.
it says the weights on toyo's site if anyone is wondering.
plus if you use that size you mos definitely will not rub.
