I have them on my car now and they work quite well. The Dampening is great for higher spring rates, and I am currently running 400/450 with no problems. Ride is a little rough on the street but not bad.

I have had them on my car for about 9 months now through some very tough autocrosses and they have held up fine. Most people who have ridden in my car are amazed by how smooth it is for 560f/336r springs.
