Sounds like a lot of work, lol. My friend crashed his '07 600RR a few weeks ago too and sounds about the same amount of work. One thing is that I wouldn't know where to start the rebuild on that bike. 600RR.net would probably be my only source I guess if not local bike shops? How many miles are on the bike and are you the original owner?

a full fairing set in white on ebay goes for about 800 and besides that, original rear sets cost the same as aftermarket, almost all the parts you would need are on ebay.
original owner, 8k or less miles since i do have -1 +2 front and rear sprockets with a 525 conversion chain and also brand new tires and brake pads in front and rear.
besides that there are alot of things i had done to the bike the hids took off all the reflectors, changed the leds in the cluster and the third eye, besides that it shouldnt take no more than a month to get running again.
also if you need parts i have some freinds at local bike shops.

Yeah I had a lot of plans, even have a GSR longblock sitting at my shop waiting to be rebuilt as well. But if I were to start another build then it would definately have to be with a virgin running hatch.
