I just recently purchased a set of Tein SSP coilovers for my 2000 EK hatch. I don't autoX or anything it's just for daily.. would it be okay to slam them all the way down? or will they blow? any feedback would be much appreciated.

 

If you adjust it from the bottom up, you will have about 3 inches of adjustments.
