you can go to My Profile on the top right corner, after that Click Instant Message History, and the people HT name should show up. click on one and itll show what they've said, click open IM if you'd like to reply back and click send. Also theres a part under your avatar picture its the last one click it under someone avatar and you'll be able to PM them.
