Default Radiator Flush Bolt PROBLEM

Great, 2 days before my first trackday i run into this problem while im flushing out the radiator. This bolt:

While i was torqueing (9ft/lbs) down it felt like it wasn''t going anywhere. Then i pull it out only to find the bolt broke it half And the remaining half is stuck in there while i have the short stub of the bolt. HOw in the hell can i fix this and how can i possibly temporarily fix it for this trackday. I''m so pissed.

go to part store, or tool store and ask them for reversible drill bit (bolt out).

should be easy.

That's what i was thinking but it looks so deep and there's nothing for the bit to hold onto, here is the actual picture

And even if i get it out i wont be able to find a bolt to replace it in time, i really dont want to do this but i'm thinking of just jb welding it for the time being...and probably replace the water pump in the future...damn i hate my life, bad luck 24/7

Reverse drill bit or EZ-out should get it out. Good luck

Use and extractor... drill a small starter hole in the shaft, put on the extractor and extract the bolt

Yep, then use a helicoil once you got the bolt out for a size of a bolt that you can get your hands on.
