Speaking of the accident.. the car I wrecked, my 2000 Si, the insurance on it was only $85 per month for full coverage with a $1000 deductibe..
this is all on State Farm, by the way..

I am 25 years old and married with a clean record. I pay $1386 a YEAR for 3 cars and 2 drivers (we have multiple policy discounts).
BMW ///M Coupe: $321 every 6 months, full coverage (ITR was $6 cheaper every 6 months)
BMW 330i: $307 every 6 months, full coverage
Subaru Wagon: $65 every 6 months, liability only
How to lower your rates? Get married, be at least 25, keep your driving record clean, get all policies through one company, and shop around! We use Allstate with a $500 deductible and the standard 100/300/100 coverage (I believe that is what it is).

If you want to find out how much YOU will pay for insuring an ITR, call your insurance company, or try a web service like http://www.insweb.com
You don't actually have to own the car to find out what your rates would be.
