i want to put a p28 ecu in my 97 civic exwats the diffrence

Umm, if you don't know what the difference is maybe you should figure that out before you decide you want a P28. stock its not gonna do a thing for you and you'll need a conversion harness to plug it in, if your running a D16Y8 (engine the P2P goes with) even if its chipped it probably wont do much unless you have some engine work done and/or a turbo. Most people use a P28 because you can chip it to run just about anything, but in your case I don't think your going to get anything out it.
