Code 19- Automatic transmission lockup control valve
I swaped in a d15b7 into my 93 civic hatch dx. Im running the dx auto ecu in a 5 speed and this code comes up. Will it still run right?

Yes, this simply means that the TCC solenoid is defective, or in your case, missing. All this solenoid does is lockup the torque converter, which you dont have, so no worries.

If you don't feel like looking a CEL all the time you can convert the ECU to a manual with a soldering iron and about 10 minutes of your time.
