i removed the factory alarm on ym 98' dx hatch and now my car doesn't start... i also did a heater core and blower motor delete

 

Your 98 Civic has a starter cut relay, and should be N/C, [normally closed] and unless you removed the starter cut relay the car should turn over, even with the security module removed.
So the question is, when you say it will not start, do you mean the engine will not turn over, or the engine will turn over but will not start?

If it will not turn over and you have removed the starter cut relay, reinstall it or install a jumper to connect the heavy gauge black/yellow to the heavy gauge black/white at the relay plug. 94
