So I put in a walbro 255 fuel pump and edelbrock 65mm throttle body on the crx yesterday and now it wont start. Just cranks over, got it running once and it was spitting and sputtering and throwing black smoke out the tailpipe. Car ran just fine before these 2 things were done.

I have heard that after putting in a Walbro you have to lower your fuel pressure because it makes it jump to unbelieveable PSI's. Also I am running hondata s300, do you think I need to retune the car for the bigger throttle body being put on the car?

 

Well I got it to run, had to replace cap, button, plugs and wires, then tune hondata to a modified Type R map for it to start.
