If I get the skunk2 manifold, should I upgrade my TB too?

If I get the skunk2 intake manifold should I also upgrade my throttle body. From what I've read on H-T the IM opening is 64mm and the LS TB is only 58. Should I try to go bigger?

I would for better air flow. I think you can use a stock ITR throttle body or a BBK.
