Default rota slips, question

quick question did some searching came up with nothing helpful.

i have a 2006 acura rsx base and i was planning on getting some rota slipstreams (hold the flaming ) and i was wondering what is the best:

hub bore from these available sizes:

56.1mm & 67.1mm & 73mm

and offset:

and rim width to get? 7 or 8 inches?

thanks in advance.

oh and is JLB motorsports a good place to buy from?

I bought 2 sets of Rotas from JLB when I was in Iraq, and they worked with me and got the order shipped to my girl's house very quickly. Their customer service was great also, if one of the wheels gets damaged during shipping they are good at getting another wheel shipped to you. I would recommend buying from them

yes, you can run them even without hubcentric rings. just make sure you tight the lugs properly. i been running wheels even without the rings for many years and never had a problem. you should be fine.

lol, ive seen these pictures like 3 times but i believe they are the knockoff rota's can you imagine that a knockoff of a knockoff.

thanks, lend_type_R.

but i still need to know the best offset to use, i can get it anywhere from 40-48mm. which is best on a 16" rim?

Just want to make folks aware that any wheel can crack/bend/break, but Rotas and other such lightweight cast wheels tend to skip the cracking and bending and go directly to breaking.

As for offset, what width are you getting? But anything around a +42 to +45 should be fine.

lol. what about a 16x7 40m offset? will that stick out a little more than stock? and yes they do make a 17x8 slip and a 16x8 but the offset is 48mm on both.

as far as i know, they make them in 17X8.5 +45. some S2k owners run this size for the rear.

17x8 38-35 offset. You wont NEED hub centric rings but they are highly recommended. If your wheel is offset on the hub, it might make it vibrate/shimmy. They are only like $15 at discount tire anyway
