Default slightly oversized rotors

there is no off the shelf application for my vehicle but wilwood has hats that will fit the problem is the rotor, the one that has the right width is .3 bigger than what I have but that size is .25 inches wider.

Would there be any reason the .3 inch bigger one would be a problem ?

There is also another minor but not deciding benefit that the taller rotor is 4 pounds lighter per

Ive seen this on some cars. and if you use new pads they'll drag for the first couple miles. No big deal. helps get some heat in them!

A quarter inch is an awful lot in either direction especially in brakes where clearances can be tight as it is.
