Default Southern Sprint - sorta a mini one lap type event.

Hey, some of the local autocross/track guys are trying to get a new event off the ground, it's basically a mini one-lap of america type event.

BTW I am NOT running this event, nor in any way involved in it (except possibly as a driver if someone needs to split cost/needs a co-driver). I don't mean this to sound like advertising, I'm just trying to help this event get off the ground since it sounds like it will be an awesome time.

http://www.southernsprint.com/

Here's a quick snip from their website about what the event is:
<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote &raquo;</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">In three days, you will travel nearly 1,200 miles (mostly after dark!), compete in at least 6 time trial events on real race tracks, and compete in other motorsports events and challenges along the way. Just you, your co-driver, your car, and whatever you can fit in the back! Just as if you had packed up and left your house for an impromptu race across the country, you'll face whatever the road has in store for you using nothing more than what you've brought with you.</TD></TR></TABLE>

BTW, if anyone wants to do it and needs a co-driver, I'd be interested. I won't have a car that will be usable for this event at the time (S2000 will hopefully be sold by then). I have plenty of autocross and a fair amount of track experience.
