Question for a H22a5 with ATTS BB6 Vti-s
Hello from germany,
sorry for my bad english
I have a problem,
my Prelude BB6 have a engine damage.
Its a H22a5 with 185 HP and ATTS.
In Germany its very difficult to buy these engine.
is it possible to use another engine or is it connect with a lot of work to use another?
Do you know someone who has connections to get one of these engines? and maybe can send it to germany?
If you can get me some informations about the price?

You can switch to a non-ATTS engine, but you'll also need to switch to a non-ATTS transmission, intermediate shaft and axles.

Depending on the damage you might just rebuild the ATTS H22. Might be cheaper if you have the technical inclination. What exactly is wrong with it?

the engine is not any more to repair, the Pleul of the crankshaft has broken, one punch in the engine block and one divide from Run socket broken.

your best bet is to go on google and look up JDM engines to replace the one in your car they have 30,000 miles or less and come with everything hmotorsonline is one of the best places to get a new motor from

my father recently bought an h22 from hmotorsonline.com
they are very reliable, i am not sure what shipping would be to germany
but the engine is in perfect condition, so if you have the money to spend, get it from them.
