Well here it is. My old UPS Brown colored Sedan is now Pink. The wife is is the new driver and thats what she wanted..

 

Did I completely miss the tech or is there none?

Stock 1.5L block. 0.040 off the head otherwise stock. Bisimoto Level3 Camshaft and valvesprings, Dual 45mm Weber carbs, $40 Ebay header, 4.4FD. Less than $1700 into the whole build. Alot less than a swap, but just as fast. Hope this is satisfactory for you all

My wifes first weekend in the car she went 14.0 @ 94mph 1.81 60ft. Missed 3rd gear along the way. But I cant complain for a rookie.

wow 14.0 GG. cant believe i missed track that day! my lsv was already 14.1 in my sedan

 

Its not that bad considering its full interior and LX trim. Power locks and windows still work. Next season I will build a real 1.5 for it. But for now, and for the money its all worth it. Besides , I want my wife to learn to drive it before I out a real Bullet in it.

Thanks. Hopefully the next time out she can break of a 13 second timeslip. the 14.0 run , she couldnt get it into 3rd gear. Her reaction time is pretty good too. She tree'd everyone in the other lane. Maybe I will put her in my Pro Stock car next season. lol

 

What front end is that? never seen it before and did you have to modify it to fit the sedan? That might work on the crx I have...

Its actually made for the CRX. I had to do some modifying and glass work to get it to fit. Callos Racing sponsored the frontend.

Very cool.. The drive was long from Washington but well worth it. I use to drive to NJ for BOTI years back. Sac wasnt half as bad. lol

It probably would have gone quicker but the transmission would not allow us to shift higher than 8200 rpm. I plan on fixing that in the next couple weeks. The engine makes power to 9400 rpm.. So we are losing about 1000 rpm of real good power

 

Grrreat another pink ef...god damnit, just another reason for me to paint my **** a different color now lol. Not hating, just thinking to myself about all the **** i caught 3 years ago when I painted my crx pink, now its the cool thing to do. Nice looking car and very impressive numbers and times. Check my car out, I have a build thread giong for it

 

The color was not my choice. My wife said that if she was going to drive it that she wanted it Pink.. I talked it over with Bisi and they both told me to paint it that color. It was suppose to come out primer but obviously it has a little shine to it... There have been a few Pink race cars in the years. I remember the Pink CRX at Palmdale years ago too.. I just hope we dont decide to let her pilot my Pro All Motor CRX next year. Cause you know what color that will be.... But its not a bad time for a stock blocked and head d15....
