Default Finding TDC for cam install

I have a H22A4. It is fully built and just needs cams before it goes in. I would have had my builder put them in but we waiting for the cams to arrive. i am sure i can install them but i just want to make sure I've got the crank in the correct position for TDC. Where is the easiest place to align the crank to?

The cams are held in place by a key from the camshaft.

They can only go on one way.

There's a mark on the timing gear and a corresponding one on the oil pump. Both are little triangles.
