BIG bog problem
ok so i have a 93 prelude with a jdm h22 lsd swap, and ever since the swap ive ahd this problem where when ever the gas gets down to about 2-4 bars left of gas it starts like bogging down, i will press the gas and it sound like it pushing air out but it not going anywhere, and then when i come to stops the rpms drop really low, and it will cut off sometimes, almost like tis a fuel problem but ive ran octane booster, gas cleaners, and things like that, and ideas on what it could be?
when i typed this it made since but it might not to you so just let me know of any questions

Fuel pressure should be inspected firstly. go from there
Fuel pumps are pretty well built. I haven't honestly heard of too many fuel pumps kicking the bucket. Any body else have any input on that? Usually if its a fuel related problem I would say the last thing that is actually messed up is the pump itself (but thats only with my limited experience and from what I've read here) I've had a prelude for the last 11 years of my life and never had a fuel pump go at all though. Nore in the history of the vehicles has the fuel pump needed replaceing. So in the end combined between both preludes I had, they had a total of 15 and 19 years each respectively on their origional fuel pumps.
When you get fuel pressure tested report back. If its less than 30 you might have an issue. I can't remember the value (its different for h22 and h23 aswell as different if you have vacuum hooked up to the regulator or not, but I believe its between 32-40 (can't remember if that was with vacuum or not though sorry) some one else will verify hopefully.
good luck!
