my car all of a sudden is making a thumping sound on driver side wheel. i thought the lug nuts were loose but that wasn't the problem. i notice car is angle to the side. i don't know if its a broken axle or what but any of you know what the issue could be please help!!!

 

I would def check the driver side axle real quick and all the joints...maybe as well as your swaybar endlink because a broken endlink caused thumping in my car cuz of the balljoint and the cupling rubbing together

The axle or sway bar endlinks could be making the thumping noise, but they would have no effect on the car sitting crooked.
