Default Should I sell my car? Honda Civic 93 2dr dx accident. Pictures included.

White Honda Civic 1993 2dr DX.

I need some advice and places near Los Angeles County or Orange county if I need to sell my car. How much do you think I could get for if I sell it somewhere without fixing it and the price with fixing it?

As you could see, my hood doesn't look to good right now. . I think I could bend my hood to make it look like it be in good condition.

A few day ago, I was driving on the freeway and my hood popped open and hit my windshield. It also slammed against the roof of the car. Do you think any part of the car's frame is bent? ( I don't know that much about car body parts ). Is there a way to fix the roof of the car or replace it for cheap? Kinda like replacing the hood and windshield?
Please help me. Thanks.

I think i could use a plunger to remove that big dent on the roof and hit the top roof inside the car to push it in. I just got to be careful with the windshield.

The windshield is shatter-proof (supposed to be safety glass). Get the dent out from the roof line, plunger, or remove the headliner and push/hammer (gentle/easy blows) it back into shape.

Then bring it to a place like Safe-lite or whatever that does glass. Installed = $250 or so, I bet. Not a big deal. But before that, FIX YOUR HOOD! Why did it fly up? Does it latch correctly and you just forgot? What happened???

Heres an idea. Go to junkyard buy a hood and install it. No banging. The hood is going to look like **** when you attempt to knock out the dents.

The hood was flying open because the latch didn't lock on that well. It was bent . I didn't get a chance to replace that latch because I had to go to work during that day. ( 30 min drive on a freeway).

I had a cracked windshield about 2 years ago, not that bad but still busted. It only cost me 125 to replace it/have installed. Just call around different glass shops and ask. You can also get a cheap replacement hood for like 80 bucks.

lol.. back in the day, i had a CF hood on my CRX.. but i didn't like the way hood pins looked on that style hood, and year, so i "trusted" the factory hood latch.. lasted a while.. but racing on the freeway once, as soon as i hit 100, the CF around the latch cracked, and faster than the blink of an eye the hood slammed against the windshield, and disapeared.. lol

only thing left was the CF around the hood latch, and each hood hinge. lol

the CF and fiber underlay was beat into the glass, and i could never get that glass fiber out of the windshield. lol

after that.. i did get a replacement CF hood... WITH HOOD PINS.
