I think honda has a lifetime warranty on seat belts, not sure if it's just the motorized ones, but tell them you think it's a hazard. They'll fix it

these are on my civic, i have 1 question about them. They disengage (move forward) when i turn off the engine. I hope they dont do that when, say i'm wrecked engine dies, and i continue to flip over and over.

Of course not, they engage when the ignition is turned. Just like a car stereo. I've got an 89 Hatch so i don't worry.

there is a fuse holder up front attached to your battery. I had issues with that one my civic. I replaced the dual fuse holder at the battery and the issue went away.

I dont want to start another thread so imma up this one.

i have a 91 civic sedan with auto seat belts. everything work'd fine. just recently my seat belt stopped working out of the blues. the driver side is stuck forward and the pass. is stuck in the position when driving. the fuses are good. the dual fuse holder on the battery is connected. the plugs are plugged under the dash center console (the box) now im looking for the relay? i heard its connected to the dash harness and rest under the center console? i need to know which one it is to see if thats my problem.

need help asap! im stuck at home and not able to go anywhere cause my seat belt is stuck forward. also need this done because college is about to start again.
