New to NorCal...I came all the way from Detroit, MI
I guess I have to hollar to my H-T fam. I'm moving to American Canyon, Ca on September 2nd. I already have a buddy that lives out there, so i'm set on living. Gonna pick up a ride as soon as I get out there. Still need a job...so if you know anyone hiring let me know. I worked for a shop out here, im very knowlegible in imports and domestics, I have other experience as well. I'm 21 so wheres the party at? And who wants to party? LOL.

So how is car theft in NorCal? I know it's bad in SoCal, it was pretty bad here in Detroit. I will have a stock hatch or integra to DD out there. Should I worry? I will not have a place to garage the car at night.

You may not need to worry depending on your area and just try not to drive in such a way where you'll draw attention. With a stock integra and hatch, you may be okay...just be conscious of any followers on the way home. Try not to drive the same route going to and from where ever you're going. Hopefully I didn't make you paranoid.

Welcome to cali! Do they have to smog cars in detroit? We have it here and it sucks!
Also, if you don't have a garage, don't even bother fixing up whatever you're gonna get

you'll love it in american canyon. infact, if you've got an RX-7, theres actually a couple that i've seen in AC. If you're not already cool with them, you should look out for them and say wassup
