Default Slowly building a 2000 honda prelude any and all help will be happily taken!

I am slowly building a 2000 honda prelude. Here is a list of mods so far:
ENGINE & ECU:
H22A4
chipped and remapped ecu (Done before I got the car )
10.3 MM plug wires from OBX Racing
Complete MSD ignition system
DC Sports header
AEM fuel injectors
pro-1 muffler
2.5 inch exhaust from header back
High flow catalytic converter
visual mods:
Vis Racing carbonfiber hood. Evo style
drag specialties 18" wheels
Hood pins.

Ok. Now that the info is posted. I am wondering about cam shafts, adjustible cam gears, underdrive pulleys

I know that with the adjustible cam gears I can advance or retard the cams for power in either the bottom end or top end. I was wondering if BOTH have to be advanced or retarded or if you can advance one and retard one or what? I know That I shouldnt go any more than 3 degrees in either direction. Could i use adj cam gears on my stock cams?

Also what would be good camshafts? i have been wondering about skunk2 pro series stage 2 cams.

Im also wondering if i should get an aftermarket intake manifold and fuel rail with adj fuel pres reg, throttle body spacer and bigger throttlebody.
