Acura Integra LS 95 SE..is it my radiator fan?????????

im buying a acura integra 95 SE, and the guy said that when he drive ...he have to turn the heater on full blast and open the air vents and have all windows rolled down. so my question is for you guys....would do you guys think it might be???the fan? thermostats? radiator? cap? let me know what you guys think it is.....THANKS!!!
I would not buy this car until you look into the issue.
Worse case senario:
The HG is blown and he's been driving it around for a few thousand miles. The head is warped and the block has been overheated way too many times.

agreed...
unless you are buying it at a price for just the shell and getting in it is current state for that price..

I wouldn't do it if I were you. Definately check it out. Does it bury itself on HOT? Does it SLIGHTLY overheat? Could be a number of things. Check for leaks.
