You really won't gain much power from bolting on an exhaust, but as far as your other criteria, check out an RS-R ExMag, or a Tanabe Super Medallion Hyper.

Well, i dont know about the 4dr LS but the 2dr LS has the option to directly bolt on a ITR cat back exhaust, i did and it sounds great [just like the ITR stock] and looks nice with a polished oval tip. Minor power gains from increasing the exhaust tubing size over the stock LS i'd have to guess maybe 5hp-7hp if that much haha, if you want power then look more toward improving your engine setup rather than the bolt-on exhaust Good Luck

RS*R will look stockish and be a bit louder.
ITR exhaust will look and sound stock but should give you a tiny bit of a gain.

Go on youtube and check out the different sound clips for exhausts on Hondas, since performance gains will all be in the same minimal range, sound would be what I would decide by.

If you want something quiet and stock looking I would go with the World Sport 2 WS2. I personally like the sound of the EVO 2. Like said before I would go to youtube and listen to some sound clips and find out what you like.

^ evo 2 might get you pulled over in cali cuz it "looks" loud and it "looks" illegal cuz of its "shape" even if it within the decibal limit

i don't know about your regions but cali is *** crack =\

DO NOT quote me on this cause I don't know a thing about DCs let alone 2dr vs 4dr.
I think the difference in exhaust though is simiply an extenion pipe.

Greddy's always have good just-above-stock sound. You'll like it, but that's way more than what you have to spend for an exhaust. The gains are minimal for the price. Now, if you had some major engine work (i.e. building, turbo, superchrgr) then a full cat will def help. Otherwise kid, just cop a muffler that sounds good. Mentioned before look on You Tube for sounds tests & don't waste your $. There are plenty other mods that a worth that cake.

ITR exhaust is prolly you best bet.. as for the gain of power, your stock ecu was tuned for you STOCK exhaust, chances are you will gain NO (as in ZERO) hp, and possibly lose a few ponies.

I have a 4dr, this is more or less true. I bought a hyper medallion and was going to install an "extender" which is basically a 3" or so section that bolts between pieces of the exhaust. A decent exhaust shop could fashion one for you. I actually ended up just using the hyper medallion 2dr as is, it gives my exhaust pipe kind of a recessed look... I like it.
