I have one that is still in the package from Acura. It has never been installed, only taken out to look at it 
Comes with a new plaque in the package as well. I am not sure if the plaque says 98 spec, I don't want to open it up to look. It is sealed in the Honda bubble wrap. Let me know if you want pics, but it is minty mint mint. Not a single scratch on it.
