turn signal lights go out when brakeing
I have a 2003 Honda Accord with 60,000 miles. When I turn on my turn signals and then brake, the turn signals quit working. Also when I apply the brakes the indicator lights for the a/c dim.

Sounds like you have a wiring problem.
I had a 89 supra and there was a relay box right next to the turn signal light. this might be the problem.
Also the dimming of the light could be a low battery or your alternator not fully recharging during the relay from brake light
