What year is the gsr? If its an 00-01 gsr then yes it will fit.
If its a 94-99 gsr then the piping will need to be shortened.

^^yup what he said

all 94-01 integra exhausts are interchangeable...except for the 94-99 gsr, which is 2 inches shorter at the cat, and 2 inches shorter at the b pipe, so you will need to shorten the exhaust 4 inches in order for it to fit on that year gsr (unless you have an aftermarket header)

Sounds me like you'd need to lenghten it then.

No its coming off a 95 gsr and going on a 96 ls, so the b pipe needs to be shortened approx. 4.5"

wrong...its coming from a 95 gsr which means the b pipe is 2 inches shorter and the cat is 2 inches shorter than the 96 LS. Soo...you would need to extend the smaller GSR b pipe to fit the LS.

All integra piping is the same from 94-01, no matter what model, except the 94-99 GSR, so a type R exhaust should have no problem being a direct fit, however, the ITR b pipe is slightly larger in diameter, so if you are going with that option, i would suggest getting a slightly bigger hi flow cat.

No, you are wrong. The exhaust manifold is about 2" shorter, and the cat is about 2" shorter. Lay a 95 gsr b pipe and a 96 ls b pipe side by side. The gsr b pipe is 4.5" longer. He needs to shorten it. If you still think i am wrong, research it and get back to me.,.
