guys i was driving today with my friends to the beach and all of a sudden my car started to stall and backfire. i look through the rear view mirror and i got fire ***** coming out of my exhaust.i stopped the car on the side of the road and the car wouldnt start. my friends were driving behind me and said that pieces of metal on fire were hitting his car.

 

Did you run out of oil while redlining the engine? That's what it sounds like catastrophic failure.

i had just done an oil change on the car no more than a week ago. when i pulled to the side of the road thats the first thing u checked, the oil was fine. i really dont know what happened now the car wont even start.......lol im just gonna put a j-spec single cam and boost it. what do you guys think?
