Default I'm changing air intake and header but...

it's a short AEM intake and preformance header. both carb legal but will their be a change in sound? and horsepower?

Kind of a weird question. But yes, there will be quite a bit of a difference in sound and a slight difference in horsepower. The sound difference will mostly be a louder, deeper intake sound. The header shouldn't make your exhaust sound very different assuming that your piping and muffler are still the same.

don't get short ram just keep your stock air box.

heat stroke kills the motor big time,specially in traffic.
