Aren't they the 02-03 style of lights? Only the US got the 04-05 Rice-A-Roni tails...I believe the EP3R kept the 02-03 style.

I could be wrong as that's from memory.

 

yea my boy has 03 found the jdm cheap but wants to no r they the same

 

fitment is the same but the wiring is different.

 

02-03 JDM EP3 had amber turn signals and the turn signal was next to the reverse light, not the top. The top was the brake light. Looks just like a 96-98 civic hatchback tail light, same layout/look.

04-05 JDM was the same as the US one except like above, turn signal was amber and next to reverse and brake was at the top. You can swap them into a USDM ep3, but the wiring needs to be slightly redone.

 

04-05 type r tails have red instead of amber(us) on the taillight.

 

and the UKDM ones have a fog light spot on the bottom where the USDM brake lights would be
