Illegal to put a decal in your windshield?
Is it legall to put decals in your windshield? I heard that you can get fined for doing that and I just wanted to know if that was true before I put a JCWsport compact decal across my windshield. thanks

why would u put that sticker on your windshield? does JCWhitney sponser you? i think the laws will vary state to state, up here in maine you can only have windsheild stickers that are 4'' or less tall.

if you look closely at your window in one of the sides a bout 4inches down there should be a little AS1_ written on it, that is how low you can put a windshield banner, anything below is concidered illegal

I believe it's anything below 3 inchs from the top is illegal...

But of course, I can put whatever the hell I want on my windshield, because I have a doctors prescription.
I talked to my doc because I was tired of getting pulled over for having my side windows tinted too dark.

If its not illegal it should be.. just because its so homosexual... but i guess if they allow same sex marriages they have to allow windsheild decals as well..

i dunno..ask all the spoon sticker people...spoon does nothing for them..but no one rags on them for some reason...maybe he has some jc whitney products on his car..how about the advan sticker people..they got advan tires?

i dont see a difference, either way, your not getting paid to put their sticker on which is some type of promotion for that perticular company nor do you have direct contact with any one representing that company. Either way, its your car, do what you want with it. If he wants to put the sticker on, go ahead, just keep it above the AS1 thing

Do whatever you want .It is your car , and yes in most states it is illegal. I would try to come up with something better than JCW for a windshield sticker though maybe a company that makes parts or whatever wheels you'r running something that has to do with that . Instead of a company or shop that you go to.
