Default H22a oversized pistons

New to this engine. Is there any over sized pistons/rings that can be used in this block without resleeving .Also does the H23 have the some sleeve material

Do you mean using the oem frm sleeves?

Don't use oversize pistons. Most machine shops will screw up the honing of frm after boring the sleeves out .25mm.
