Getting a window tint that has HIGH Solar rejection but doesn't interfere with radio??
I have a 4dr 2004 honda civic and I want to get my windows tinted. However I really want a high solar rejection percentage...I also don't want to get interference with my radio.
What I was thinking was, to get a metalized film for everything except the back and then just get that nonmetalized film. Also, is there anything I can do to make the front windshield to get heat rejection?
I don't know what to do. I can't find a shop that will do this(maybe i haven't searched around enough) but it would also be nice to get a 25 VLT% (the legal limit in tx) because I can't find a place that will do lower AND do what I want.
What should I do? Also if you know any good places around the Houston, San Antonio or maybe even Austin area let me know that will do this.
Thanks!

if your antenna isnt mounted on the car isnt your antenna on the rear glass, and the tint goes behind it?
well I do not have an antenna sticking out so I think it is on the rear windshield(antenna along with the heat warmers?). I think thats how most cars do it?
I thought most tint goes on the outside. And I don't fully understand how it messes up with interference. Is it the radiowaves, or is it because the metalized film is touching metal to metal causing interference.
How much of a problem is it??
