I posted in suspension, but didn't get a lot of responses..

I'm getting some gc's to go with my koni yellows on my 95 hatch, and am looking for suggestions on spring rate..

from what I've read, off the rack is 350ff/250r. This car is daily driven, and I want something that will handle well without being terribly stiff...

is 350ff/250r good? Should I go stiffer to ensure I don't bottom out? if you could post your setups and how you feel about them that would be great...
